Project Description

A new ground up 2,700 s.f. Dairy Queen located in New Albany, Ohio. The development gave instructions on the Architectural Requirements and created the opportunity to create a new version of the standard Dairy Queen restaurant. A traditional brick structure was created to conform, yet offer some new expressions with large windows that mimic an old warehouse.
