Project Description

The Fuse is the addition and renovation to an existing 1910 home in Granville, Ohio. A challenging site to begin dictated the layout of the multiple additions in order to accommodate the requirements of the program. The additions consisted of a new kitchen/dining space, a mudroom and 2 car garage with a new master bedroom suite above and a detached garage with studio above. All of the additive forms were based in a traditional vernacular with a slight modern twist. New interior spaces consisted of crisp white walls, polished surfaces, interesting hardware, the use of multiple textures, and playful light fixtures.
