A new custom home as an empty nest in Granville, Ohio; Suburban Bright was packed full of living mostly on one floor. With an all white interior and exterior, except for the black windows, this clean lined farmhouse had an ultimate crispness. The use of natural materials mixed with industrial details and fixtures created. a timeless addition to Granville’s Bryn Du neighborhood. One of our favorite spaces was the Billiards room – on the first floor of course. The layout of the house had a real focus on the rear yard private entertaining space inclusive of a plunge pool thru the use of large sliding doors and many floor to ceiling windows.
